Called at approximately 6 pm yesterday because our house was at 82 degrees and the AC unit suddenly stopped working. After searching for the quickest possible appointment, Boehmer was able to get someone here first thing the next morning.

We were up and running with the AC unit within the hour. Dan went above and beyond explaining everything and answering every question I had. Cheap, easy, and happily dealt with the home warranty company when they had questions with the repair.

AC Condenser Unit Remove and Replace, c/w new coil. Jim Maltz was the estimator / sales rep who made the initial visit. He asked plenty of questions and took detailed notes and measurements of the job. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was some trouble getting an installation date scheduled, but I reached out to Jim and he resolved the situation very quickly.

Davonte Dublin was the installation foreman, accompanied by Earl and what looked to be an apprentice. It was a very hands off and easy transaction. The installation was clean, and they followed instructions precisely as I laid them out (i.e. lineset routing). The crew was as quiet and professional, polite when asking to use the restroom, etc. I received a good set of instructions and tips from Davonte for servicing, instructions on the leak detection system, etc.

Both Jim and Davonte's + crew were punctual, arriving a few minutes prior to the scheduled appointments, and everyone was very professional. The overall price I was satisfied with, and lower than competitors by several thousand. I would highly recommend Boehmer for HVAC installations in terms of overall value and ease of execution.

Great response time. Rep was very informative and did not talk down to me as a single woman. Follow up questions answered, spending enough time for me to be okay with this major purchase. Was replacing an air conditioner they installed in 1988! One of the installers was part of the original instillation. Nice to see a company with long term employees. Other installer installers were just so nice and everything was cleaned up as if they weren’t even there.

My AC broke down on July 3. I thought there was no way anyone would come over the holiday weekend, but there was a tech here the day after i called! Very competent and efficient. He replaced the capacitor on my 21 year old unit and I'm cool again! He also checked over the entire system for what I considered to be a reasonable price. Thank you Boehmer Heating and Cooling!

Our air conditioning system stopped working during a recent heatwave. I called Boehmer and they sent a repairman the following morning. The repairman not only told me that the compressor was shot but he showed me his efforts to get it started and the meter readings that indicated that it could not be started. He explained the recent changes to refrigerants that are used in systems now and said that the office would schedule an appt to discuss repair or replacement. The salesman came out and went over the various options in efficiencies of the units and the prices. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and was not pushy in any way. I made my selection and installation was scheduled for the following day.
The installers were prompt and put tarps over my carpeting to keep it clean. They did a fantastic job and we are grateful to everyone that we dealt with a Boehmer for making the process so seamless.
