Shawn was right on time, friendly, informative, thorough, and easy to talk to. He explained a number of options and did not “hard sell” us. Jim did a really good job assessing our old and faulty a/c system and suggesting options for updating it. We have always loved working with Boehmer and Jim was no exception — he has a great personality and the patience to explain things so we understood clearly what the replacement would entail. We are happy with our final decision and thank Jim for his excellent customer service.

Dan did a great job. He had to replace the main blower motor and a short time later my AC was up and running. His response time after my call and the service he provided was great.

Due to a wrong diagnosis from another company I was ready to return a mini split and throw down the drain a significant installation fee. Dan dedicated the time and tested the head unit properly which was operating fine but installed badly. I am glad and lucky to have called your company to check it out during late evening hours.

I believe the Techs Name was Jaylen. He must’ve been new because he was very professional and thorough. Explaining everything in detail and did not mind my presence while he worked. The house is back to cooling as intended and just in time for lunch. 10/10 would recommend.
